1. Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy

To respect the time of our technicians and other clients, we enforce the following policies:

-Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 3 hours notice for any cancellation or appointment modification. Cancellations made with less than 3 hours notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee.

-No-Shows: Failure to show up to a scheduled appointment without notifying the salon will result in a flagged profile and will cause difficulties in booking future appointments, including potential restriction from our online booking system or a requirement to pay a deposit for subsequent visits.

-Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to accommodate the next client, while the full service fee will still apply. If you are more than [e.g., 15 minutes] late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show.

2. Health & Safety Disclosure

Clients are required to disclose any known allergies, skin conditions, medical issues, or infectious conditions (such as nail fungus) before their service begins. DN Beauty Nails reserves the right to refuse service if a technician determines that performing the service compromises the safety or health of the client, staff, or other patrons.

3. Right to Refuse Service

Our salon prides itself on being a safe, respectful environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting abusive, inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior toward our staff or other customers.
